extremely professional & polite staff
Sandra Lawriecustomer service was very polite & professional. they delivered the bin as expected & the driver is all above as well & very patience when 1 of my grandson's paid the money while I stood there & watched. it was great to see the communication between the driver & grandson because he was teaching him about the change $$ & that's something I always encourage because it's a learning process about maths & in other circumstances it's spelling etc..I will definitely access the services again.
only issues I've had was not the company services but neighbours who used my skip as their own which is frustrating because we didn't get a chance to use it as we'd like to but it's out of my control & because if I'd remove items that wasn't mine than its still becomes a issue with not knowing which neighbours & can lead to potential disputes. which I'm not keen to engage or participate in. outcome resorted to leaving their rubbish in my bin that I've paid for as it's not worth the conflicts between neighbours plus maybe they may need help removing their rubbish & are not in a financial position to do so themselves so I look @ the bright side if I can help someone more in need than it feels better than viewing it in a negative manner.
overall though thanks for your service having many children to care for rubbish do build up very quickly. once again thanks
