Baw Baw Shire Council Local Laws for Skip Bins
Good news there don't appear to be any loacal laws phrohibiting the placement of skip bins on council property. As of July 2020 Baw Baw Shire Councl does not require permits for skip bins and hook-lift bins to be placed on there property (road-side nature strips or on their roads assuming that it is safe to do so).
